The DfE identifies that teachers are the foundation of the education system — there are no great schools without great teachers. At the heart of great teaching and great school leadership is a shared, evidence-informed understanding of what works

In developing great teachers, leaders and support staff, L.E.A.D. Teaching School Hub is committed to the 'Golden Thread' of professional development. In this, the Hub and its partners have devised a simple image to demonstrate the opportunities at every career stage.

Welcome to the L.E.A.D. Teaching School Hub! We are dedicated to the professional development of educators across all 363 schools in Lincolnshire.

Discover how we support teachers and leaders through our comprehensive Golden Thread approach, starting from initial teacher training to the early career framework and national professional qualifications.
